This three-hour workshop will weave together mindful movement, restorative meditation, and group mentoring to support your connection with the Wood Element. We will explore how to align with growth, vision, and forward movement - rather than forcing yourself to push through exhaustion or resistance. Together, we’ll reflect on frustration and loss of direction, and how these experiences can arise when our plans no longer reflect who we are becoming. By learning to work consciously with your resources, you’ll be supported in placing yourself at the heart of your intentions and nurturing new possibilities.
